Geo Geocell
1.Significantly Enhances Engineering Stability
By providing lateral restraint to the filled materials through its three-dimensional structure, it substantially improves the shear strength and overall stability of the soil mass.
2.Convenient and Efficient Construction
The geocell can be prefabricated, enabling rapid on-site installation without the need for complex equipment. This makes it highly suitable for large-scale projects.
3.Remarkable Economic Benefits
Compared to traditional engineering methods, the geocell reduces earth excavation, material consumption, and construction duration, thereby lowering project costs.
4.Outstanding Environmental Benefits
The materials used are recyclable, and the construction process has minimal environmental impact, aligning with sustainable development principles.
Product Introduction:
Geo Geocell is a three-dimensional cellular structure fabricated from high-strength polymer materials (such as high-density polyethylene HDPE or polypropylene PP) through welding or riveting processes. Featuring a honeycomb-like or grid-like configuration, the expanded system forms confined cellular compartments with lateral restraint capabilities. These compartments can be infilled with soil, aggregates, concrete, or other materials to create composite structures with high load-bearing capacity and exceptional stability.
High Strength and Durability
Made from high-strength polymeric materials, it exhibits excellent tensile and compressive resistance, as well as anti-aging properties. It can withstand long-term loads and environmental erosion, ensuring a long service life.
Lightweight and Portability
The geocell is lightweight and can be folded and compressed for transportation, then unfolded and laid during construction. This feature facilitates easy transportation and installation, making it particularly suitable for remote areas or large-scale projects.
