Permeable Filter Fabric
1.High-Efficiency Filtration & Drainage
Precisely engineered pore structure allows water flow while effectively retaining soil particles, preventing clogging.
Rapid drainage capability reduces groundwater pressure efficiently.
2.Reinforcement & Protection
Tensile strength of 10-50 kN/m enhances overall stability of soft foundations, slopes, and other structures.
Protects soil from water flow and wind erosion, ideal for riverbanks and coastal projects.
3.Durability & Weather Resistance
UV stabilizers extend outdoor service life to 10+ years.
Resistant to acids, alkalis, and mold, suitable for harsh environments like landfills and mining sites.
Product Introduction:
Permeable Filter Fabric is a water-permeable geosynthetic material manufactured from high-strength polyester (PET) or polypropylene (PP) fibers through needle-punching or thermal bonding processes. Designed with optimized pore structures, it simultaneously provides filtration, drainage, and reinforcement functions in civil engineering applications.
Feature
1.High Strength
Due to the use of plastic fibers, it can maintain sufficient strength and elongation in both dry and wet conditions.
2.Corrosion Resistance
It can withstand long - term corrosion in soils and water with different pH levels.
3.Good Water Permeability
With gaps between the fibers, it has excellent water seepage performance.
4.Microorganism and Insect Resistance
It is not damaged by microorganisms or insect infestation.
5.Convenient Construction
Its lightweight and flexible nature make it easy to transport, lay, and construct with.
6.Complete Specifications
It has a fabric width of up to 9 meters, which is the widest product in China, and its unit area mass ranges from 100 - 1000g/m².
7.Wear Resistance
When subjected to wear, it is not as prone to breaking as other materials, making it suitable for scenarios requiring high - strength wear resistance.
8.Strong Tensile Strength
It can withstand relatively large tensile forces without easily breaking.
