Geo Filter Fabric
Water Permeability and Soil Retention, Two - way Balance
It can quickly drain water while blocking the loss of soil particles and preventing soil erosion.
Tensile and wear resistant, adaptable to deformation
High material strength, tensile and wear resistant, can adapt to foundation settlement or slope deformation.
Anti - corrosion, durable and environmentally friendly
Resistant to chemical corrosion and microbial erosion, long - lasting, and the material is environmentally friendly and harmless.
Isolation and Reinforcement, Multiple Functions
It can isolate different soil layers, enhance the integrity of the soil mass, and improve the engineering stability at the same time.
Product Introduction:
Geo Filter Fabric is a kind of geosynthetic material with water - permeable function. It is mainly made of synthetic fibers (such as polyester, polypropylene) through processes like needle - punching, weaving or hot - pressing. It has multiple functions including filtration, drainage, isolation, reinforcement, etc., and is widely used in the engineering field.
Main Functions
Filtration and Drainage: Allows water to pass through while preventing the loss of soil particles, avoiding soil erosion or pipeline blockages.
Separation and Reinforcement: Separates soil layers of different properties (such as sand layers and soil layers), enhances the integrity of the soil mass, and improves the bearing capacity of the foundation.
Protection and Seepage Control: Covers the surface of slopes or roadbeds, reduces rainwater scouring, and assists the seepage control layer to function (not the main seepage control material, needs to be used in conjunction with other materials).

Product Applications:
Due to its properties of water permeability, soil retention, and reinforcement, permeable geotextile is widely applicable to the following engineering scenarios:
1.Water Conservancy Projects
Dams and Rivers: Laid on the slopes of dams or the bottoms of rivers, it drains water while preventing soil erosion and enhancing slope stability.
Reservoirs and Channels: Used for drainage under the anti-seepage layer of reservoirs or to isolate the soil layer at the bottom of channels, avoiding silt blockage.
2.Traffic Engineering
Highway and Railway Subgrades: Laid between subgrade filling layers to drain subgrade water, prevent mud-pumping and settlement.
Tunnels and Slopes: Drain the bottom of tunnels or separate the vegetation layer from the rock and soil mass in slope protection to reduce the landslide risk.
3.Environmental Engineering
Landfill: Cover the surface of the landfill layer, filter and drain leachate, and prevent the spread of pollution.
Sewage Treatment: Used in constructed wetlands or filter tanks to separate sludge from water and improve purification efficiency.
4.Mine and Slope Treatment
Mine Reclamation: Cover the slag layer, filter rainwater, promote vegetation growth, and prevent the spread of heavy metal pollution.
Slope Protection: In combination with structures such as anchor rods and lattice, drain water while enhancing the integrity of the slope soil mass.
5.Municipal and Construction Engineering
Landscaping: Laid in flower beds and golf courses, it keeps soil moisture while draining excess water to protect plant roots.
Building Foundation: In the foundation cushion, it separates different soil layers, accelerates drainage, and shortens the foundation consolidation time.
Through the characteristic of "permeable without soil loss", permeable geotextiles solve problems such as drainage, protection, and soil stability in engineering. They are basic functional materials in fields such as water conservancy, transportation, and environmental protection, achieving long-term engineering reliability with low cost and high performance.
