Concrete Canvas CC8 is a revolutionary multi-purpose building material. It innovatively combines cement with high-performance fiber materials, mainly composed of a three-dimensional fiber composite structure woven from polyethylene and polypropylene filaments, containing a special formula of dry concrete mixture inside, and a polyvinyl chloride lining on the bottom surface. This unique structure allows it to curl and fold like ordinary soft fabric when not in contact with water, making it easy to transport and store; Once in contact with water, hydration reaction occurs, rapidly hardening to form a thin and durable concrete layer.

Product Features:

1.Convenient construction: supplied in rolls, small in size and light in weight, easy to load, unload and transport by a single person, without the need for large lifting machinery assistance. Concrete is prefabricated according to scientific proportions, without the need for on-site mixing, avoiding the problem of excessive hydration. During construction, it only needs to be laid on site according to the terrain and technical requirements, evenly sprinkled with water or immersed in water to initiate hydration reaction and start solidification. It can be operated in land, underwater, or seawater environments.

2.Rapid solidification molding: Within 2 hours after watering and hydration reaction, the necessary size and shape processing of the cement blanket can still be carried out. Within 24 hours, it can harden to 80% strength. And according to special needs, rapid solidification or delayed solidification can be achieved by adjusting the formula.

3.High material strength: The internal fibers are like steel bars, playing a key role in enhancing material strength, preventing cracking, and absorbing impact energy to form a stable failure mode. After hydration and solidification, its compressive strength is excellent, and some products can reach the C40 concrete standard in compressive strength, with a bending strength of about 18Mpa, possessing good acid and alkali resistance, compressive strength, and bending resistance.
