Product Introduction
Convenient construction: 5mm Concrete Canvas is supplied in a roll shape, lightweight in texture, and can be easily transported by a single person. Transportation and installation do not require the assistance of large mechanical equipment. During on-site construction, simply lay and water to initiate the curing process, making the operation extremely simple. In general, the daily construction area can reach 400 square meters with the cooperation of two people.
Rapid prototyping: After watering, it can be processed in terms of size and shape within a short period of time, with strong plasticity within 2 hours. Within 24 hours, the hardening degree can reach 80% strength. And, according to special needs, the formula can be adjusted to achieve rapid solidification or delayed solidification, flexibly meeting different construction schedule requirements.
High strength and durability: The internal fiber reinforced material greatly enhances the overall strength, effectively preventing cracking problems from occurring. Its compressive strength can usually reach the C40 concrete standard or even higher, and its flexural strength performance is also excellent. At the same time, it has good chemical resistance, can resist long-term erosion from wind and rain, and will not easily degrade under ultraviolet irradiation. Under normal use, its durability can last up to 50 years.
